At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Ourside to offer considered fragrance products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Ourside guidelines.

Our Green-First Approach to Returns
Because fragrance is personal and product packaging matters for resale eligibility, Ourside returns are limited to unopened products.

Return Window
Unopened Ourside products may be returned within 30 days. Discovery Kits are final sale.

Exchanges
Ourside does not publish a separate standard exchange process. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you need help with an eligible issue, contact [email protected].

Return Shipping
Ourside states that postage may not be provided for orders under $60. Please contact Shifting Gaia before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct process for your order.

Refunds
Refunds are reviewed after the unopened return is approved and received. Final-sale items are not eligible for refund.
