Paneros Clothing Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we want you to have an amazing experience. If for any reason you don't love your purchase, we want to hear about it and make it right. We do not charge any restocking or return processing fees.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges
Please email hello@shiftinggaia.com before shipping any return or exchange so we can guide you through the process.

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Please use the original packaging and ship to the address provided in your return confirmation email. Tracking or shipping insurance is recommended for orders over $75. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com.
