At Shifting Gaia, we partner with PĀPR to bring you innovative paper-based cosmetics. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows PĀPR's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused products only. Returns are limited to one per customer and apply to first orders only.

Exchanges
Exchanges accepted within 15 days for unused products. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate.

Return Shipping
Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for return instructions. Returns must be sent within 30 days of the return label being generated.

Refunds
Refund issued to your original payment method upon return approval. Please note that returns are limited to one per customer and apply to first orders only.
