At Shifting Gaia, we partner with PlantPaper to bring you sustainable, plastic-free paper products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows PlantPaper's guidelines.

Return Window
For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted. Lost, stolen, defective, or damaged packages must be reported within 4 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges
No standard exchanges offered. Replacements are available for lost, stolen, defective, or damaged packages only. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com within 4 days of delivery to report an issue.

Return Shipping
No returns accepted. Orders cannot be canceled or delayed once an order confirmation email has been received, as fulfillment begins immediately.

Refunds
