Puracy Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Puracy to bring you plant-powered cleaning and personal care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Puracy's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Unopened items only. Your order number or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Exchanges
No exchange program offered. If you purchased the wrong item, you are welcome to return it unopened for a refund. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com for return instructions and an RMA number.

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. No prepaid return labels are provided. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Credit issued within 3–4 business days of return receipt. Refund posted to your original payment method within 5–7 days of processing. Please note that purchases from third-party sellers are not eligible for refund or replacement.
