At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Rebrand Skincare to bring you conscious, effective skincare. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Rebrand Skincare's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are not accepted due to the environmental impact of product returns. If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right — email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Exchanges
No standard exchanges offered. Damaged items are handled case-by-case. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number and photos of the issue to request a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
No returns accepted. Rebrand Skincare ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico via UPS or USPS using only recyclable materials. Emissions are offset on every shipment.

Refunds
Refunds are available for damaged items only and are reviewed case-by-case. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number to initiate a claim.
