Reistor Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Reistor to bring you consciously crafted fashion. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Reistor's guidelines.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unused, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact. Each order permits a single return request, accommodating one or more items within the same request. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Returns are applicable within the continental USA only — international returns are not offered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for US orders only. Each order permits a single exchange request. Items must be unused with original tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Black Friday sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no refunds. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order ID to initiate an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- International orders (Canada, Mexico, and all other countries)
- Items returned worn, washed, or without original tags and packaging
- Black Friday sale items (eligible for exchange or store credit only)
Return Shipping
Free returns for all eligible US orders. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order ID and shipping zip code to generate a return label. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com if you experience any delays.
Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please email hello@shiftinggaia.com and our team will assist you promptly. Please note that certain textures inherent to natural fibers may appear to be defects but are characteristic of the material.
