Rustic Strength Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Rustic Strength to bring you natural, handcrafted home and personal care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Rustic Strength's guidelines.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in new condition. Please write your order number on the outside of the return box and include the original packing slip if available.

Exchanges
No standard exchanges offered. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect products, email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number and photos of the issue and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Ship returns to: Rustic Strength, 403 North Oak Ave, Mansfield, MO 65704. Tracking and shipping insurance are strongly recommended — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Please allow 1–2 business weeks for your return to reach us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price minus the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee. Order cancellations before shipment are refunded minus a 3% payment processing fee. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number, the affected items, and clear photos of any damage or incorrect products including packing materials. We are committed to working with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
