Tampon Tribe Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Tampon Tribe to bring you organic, sustainable period care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Tampon Tribe's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Due to health regulations, sanitary items cannot be returned or refunded. Sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate an exchange request. If you have any issues with sanitary items received, please contact us immediately with details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sanitary and intimate goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care and health items
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Tracking or shipping insurance is recommended for orders over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Sale items are not eligible for refund. Partial refunds may apply for items not in their original condition. If you have not received your refund after the standard processing time, contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
