Terra Thread Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Terra Thread to bring you sustainable, organic accessories. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Terra Thread's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (postmarked). Items must be unused, clean, and with hang tags attached. Please include your order number with your return to avoid delays. Apparel items including t-shirts and hoodies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
No standard exchanges offered. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for assistance with any order issues.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items not in original condition or missing hang tags

Refunds
Processed to your original payment method within one week of return receipt. No refund will be issued for returns postmarked after 14 days. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com if you have any questions about your return or refund.
