Tidalove Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Tidalove to bring you sustainable oral care products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Tidalove's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For first orders, one opened and tried item may be included in your return. For repeat purchases, only sealed, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate your exchange request.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened refills
• Opened toothbrushes
• Opened floss
• Subscription renewals once opened
• Repeat purchase items that have been opened or used

Return Shipping
Customer covers return shipping costs. Please include your name and order number inside the return package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for any questions or assistance with your return.
