Vottera Return & Exchange Policy

At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Vottera to bring you sustainable, conscious fashion. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Vottera's guidelines.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in new condition — clean, with hang tags attached, and free of spots, stains, odors, or pet hair. Vottera encourages customers to shop conscientiously and be intentional with purchases to help reduce the environmental impact of returns.

Exchanges
No exchanges are offered at this time. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for any order issues or questions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items with spots, stains, odors, or pet hair
• Items missing hang tags

Return Shipping
A return label will be provided upon approval of your return request. A $10 fee per return label will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking costs. Email hello@shiftinggaia.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within one week, minus the $10 return label fee. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com if you have any questions about your return or refund.
