Yoloha Yoga Return & Exchange Policy
At Shifting Gaia, we partner with Yoloha Yoga to bring you sustainable, cork yoga products. As a marketplace retailer, our return process follows Yoloha Yoga's guidelines.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Returns sent in alternate packaging may incur a $10 fee deducted from your refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival — you have 10 days from delivery to report any shipping errors or damages.
Exchanges
No standard exchanges offered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@shiftinggaia.com with photos and a brief description within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Return Shipping
Free return shipping is available for all US orders excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. The following items are excluded from free return shipping due to size and weight: Cork Bolsters, Cork Floor Mats, Nomad XL Yoga Mats, Unity XL Yoga Mats, and Unity Pro 84" Mats. International customers will have return shipping costs deducted from their refund. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted — email hello@shiftinggaia.com to initiate a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that yoga mats returned folded or creased may be subject to partial refunds. Returns sent in alternate packaging may incur a $10 fee deducted from your refund. Contact hello@shiftinggaia.com for any questions about your return or refund.
International Returns
International return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customers are fully responsible for any applicable duties and taxes on returned merchandise. If Yoloha Yoga is charged additional taxes upon receipt of a returned parcel, the parcel will be refused and returned to sender.
