The Saalt Disc brings 12 hours of leakproof protection in a reusable format built to last up to 10 years. Made from 100% medical-grade, BPA-free, latex-free silicone and FDA registered, it sits behind the pubic bone rather than relying on suction, making it a practical fit for a wider range of bodies, including those with bladder sensitivities, a low or high cervix, or a weaker pelvic floor. A custom finger notch simplifies removal, and two sizes mean you can match capacity to your actual flow.

Regular size (66mm, 50mL) holds the equivalent of 5 to 6 tampons, suited to moderate to heavier flow days.
Small size (56mm, 30mL) offers a lighter-capacity option at 3 to 4 tampon equivalent, designed for a lower-volume fit.
